CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing Juniper Beauty! Your appointments and provided services are important to me and I aim to provide the best possible services. To ensure smooth operations for all clients, the following policies apply: Art Style: At Juniper Beauty, i specialize in highly detailed art sets. Please ensure that your wanted set matches the style seen on my website and socials. For simple/clean/one color sets, or full French tip sets, I am happy to refer you to techs that are amazing at those styles, but will not regularly do them myself. Deposit: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all NEW clients. This is a one time deposit that will be put towards the cost of your service at final checkout. This deposit is non-refundable for any cancellations. Specialty services will require a specific deposit tailored towards that service for all clients. This deposit will go towards the total of your service at checkout and is non-refundable. booking: please ensure the inspo you bring matches the level of art you book unless you have reached out prior to discuss moving your level up or down. If you bring inspo of a lower tier than what was booked, you will still be charged for the tier and time that was booked unless otherwise discussed. Cancellations & Rescheduling: I understand that life happens- Please provide at minimum 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 100% of your scheduled service fee. if a new client reschedules >3 times without showing for an appointment, future reschedule requests may be denied. Late Arrivals & No Shows: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of their service. Repeat no-shows will result in the inability to book future appointments. Booking Hold Policy: Any outstanding fees due to late cancellations, no shows, or rescheduling will result in a booking hold being placed on your account. Clients with a booking hold cannot schedule future services until all fees are paid in full. Once the balance is cleared, you will be free to book appointments again.
