Thank you for choosing Juniper Beauty! Your appointments and provided services are important to me and I aim to provide the best possible services. To ensure smooth operations for all clients, the following policies apply. Thank you in advance for respecting my time, talent, and these policies. This ensures fairness for all my clients and allows me to maintain high quality service. Deposit: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all NEW clients. This is a one time deposit that will be put towards the cost of your service at final checkout. This deposit is non-refundable for any cancellations. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% of your scheduled service fee. Late Arrivals & No Shows: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of their service. Repeat no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments. Booking Hold Policy: Any outstanding fees due to late cancellations, no shows, or rescheduling will result in a booking hold being placed on your account. Clients with a booking hold cannot schedule future services until all fees are paid in full. Once the balance is cleared, you will be free to book appointments again.
