Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Juniper Beauty! Your appointments and provided services are important to me and I aim to provide the best possible services. To ensure smooth operations for all clients, the following policies apply:
Deposit: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all NEW clients. This is a one time deposit that will be put towards the cost of your service at final checkout. This deposit is non-refundable for any cancellations.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% of your scheduled service fee.
Late Arrivals & No Shows:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of their service.
Repeat no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.
Booking Hold Policy:
Any outstanding fees due to late cancellations, no shows, or rescheduling will result in a booking hold being placed on your account.
Clients with a booking hold cannot schedule future services until all fees are paid in full.
Once the balance is cleared, you will be free to book appointments again.
