Every appointment is intentionally reserved with dedicated time for your service and artwork. Please review the following before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. ART + CREATIVE DIRECTION Juniper Beauty specializes in detailed, art-forward nail work. Please review my portfolio before booking to ensure my style aligns with what you’re looking for. Inspiration is welcomed as creative direction, but another artist’s work will not be replicated exactly. For primarily solid-color, traditional French, or minimal services outside of my Signature Collection, I’m happy to recommend another artist. BOOKING + ART TIERS Please book the service or Art Menu tier that reflects the complexity of your desired set. Each tier reserves a specific amount of time and creative capacity. If your design exceeds the tier booked, it may need to be simplified or upgraded if time allows. If you choose a simpler design, your original booked price still applies. You are reserving the time, not only the final design. Not sure where your idea belongs? Please reach out before booking. INSPIRATION + PREPARATION Please send your inspiration at least 48 hours before your appointment. This allows me to review your concept, confirm your tier, and prepare any materials or techniques needed. Major concept changes within 48 hours may not be accommodated. Wanting artist’s choice? You don’t need a finished concept. Send me colors, textures, imagery, artwork, or weird little things you’ve found and I’ll take it from there. FOREIGN PRODUCT + REMOVALS I do not work over or fill product applied by another nail artist. If you arrive with existing enhancements or gel from another provider, they must either be fully removed prior to your appointment or you must book a Foreign Removal add-on with your service. Removal requires additional appointment time and cannot be added upon arrival. If you arrive with foreign product without a removal booked, your service may be declined and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. This policy allows me to properly assess and prep your natural nails and ensures I can confidently stand behind the structure, retention, and integrity of the work I apply. DEPOSITS A one-time, non-refundable deposit is required for new clients and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation. CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in limited future booking privileges. LATE ARRIVALS + NO-SHOWS Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require the artwork to be modified or the appointment to be cancelled. If the service can no longer be completed, the applicable cancellation fee will apply. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Repeated no-shows will result in loss of future booking privileges. REPAIRS + LONGEVITY If you experience lifting, chipping, or product loss within 7 days that appears related to application, please reach out with a photo. Complimentary repairs may be offered when appropriate. After 7 days, repairs are considered normal maintenance and will be charged accordingly based on repair needed + complexity of design. Wear time varies based on natural nails, lifestyle, length, aftercare, and other individual factors, so a specific longevity cannot be guaranteed. BOOKING HOLDS Outstanding balances from late cancellations, no-shows, or applicable appointment fees will place your account on a booking hold. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until the balance is paid. A FINAL NOTE These policies protect the time, preparation, and creative energy that go into every appointment while keeping my schedule fair to everyone hoping to sit in my chair.
